People all across the world are affected by this and includes people of all ages. Not too mention people still need there prescription medicine and paying for this at a time like now can also be a problem for the medical field. There is potential for businesses like mine to step up during this unknown window of a medical outbreak and do there part to help those in need.

My innovation is a business that provides low weekly or monthly plans to help with paying for prescription meds as well as at home quick testing amid this coronavirus outbreak. To start with the prescriptions you set up what meds your getting and from what pharmacy, you then set up how much you want to pay per week with a minimum of 5$ each payment. The company then allows you to pay by mail or online to that pharmacy each week rather than right up front. Saving the money up front is important for some people and worth the 4% charge we use. The Coronavirus side to the company which was added during this outbreak is simple at home testing. You can get sent a little container that is air tight from our company, you then take an ear-swab and touch inside your nose on one side and then in your mouth on the other and send it back to us in the tube. You will have results from us within 24 hours of ordering your tube. Each tube is 20$$ and testing is included through us. You also save time being tested at home.

1.       People will switch from regular testing in public because like I said it’s much easier from home to get tested.

2.       The competitors against weekly payments on prescriptions is other apps that help you find out the easiest way and cheapest way to pay for them. There weakness is not necessarily having the payment plans. I don’t see much competition with the at home Coronavirus testing.

3.       Customer experience is the most important for our company because the medical field isn’t always a happy experience. Price points and savings are also very important because we are for the people over profits during this time but profits remain on our mind.

4.       I would need a handful of I.T. experts to help run the technology side of the company. Sales and Marketing each would need a few people as well. Business could be remote for everyone considering that we are all quarantined. A distributor centrally starting in the southeast for the testing tube would be limited at first.
