Existing market
1st interview- Chase Garrett- He said that with medical marijuana so up and coming to have some kind of implementation of that into the company. He said we should be planning some kind of joint-op with medical shops. He expects the customers to be intrigued and interested.
2nd- Lynn Williams- She said that the possibility of nasal prescription medicine should be looked into more where you don't have to take as often. She thinks our company should do more research about the future of medicine. She also said that customers want stuff that's easy especially older people and that my company is on the right path.
3rd Chas Cook- He said that a good idea for our venture is to create a points system for returning customers to save more. Having returning customers with a point system would create customer loyalty. Customers like rewards and they should expect it.
My company in the future has millions of possibilities being in medical field so there are many routes that I could go. Expanding into more at home testings is one of the first goals I have. Dominating this easy going market of staying at home while you are sick instead of going to the doctor could be big time. Long-term with the at home testing a universal kit with immediate results for 10 most common diseases/infections would be ideal.
Another thing I'd like my company to enter once it's legal everywhere is medical marijuana. With much research already done on this subject there are numerous benefits from the marijuana side of medicine if used correctly. We are still figuring out how are company could implement this but some of the possibilities are creating strains of marijuana for specific needs and people by cross breeding.
New Market
Since my market can be anyone in the world that can get sick, the new market I chose is people maintaining and working on healthy (non-sick patients). With both sides of health markets I could have customers at all points of there life. When people recover from sickness or just want to be healthy will receive a discounted personal health booster plan including things like Vitamin-C boosters for immune systems.
1. Logan Braswell- He thought that being able to help the sick even after they recover is a very dominant idea. He thinks that being able to market health and staying healthy right after people are sick or during is very important and that I must be able to adapt to a whole new market.
2. Brad Saxton- The new market is very competitive and very hard to enter is the advice he game me. He said adapting to this market with uniqueness is very key to success.
I learned that entering this market of health is very hard. People online and person have personal training with workouts, food plans, and more. I was surprised about how hard this market would be but if you think about health as gyms, diets, and training then you realize how big it is. I think tha it's possible to pull off especially that I have a two-headed snake of a company if I can pull off the second market.
Some of my expectations were right, such as this being a very big market were correct. I think that both markets are really good but the first one medicine is bigger and more important, because anyone can get a disease and need medicine, while not everyone is going to try and maintain there health when they are not sick. I am excited to see where medicine and health could potentially lead me!
